Category 2G / 2D – Zones 1 / 21

For applications with increased explosion risk

Forklift trucks of this category are engineered for safe operation in areas where explosive atmospheres may occasionally occur.
They comply with the relevant EN and IEC standards within the framework of the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and are approved for use in Zone 1 (gas) and Zone 21 (dust).

These trucks are certified for Explosion Group IIB and Temperature Class T4. In addition, they are approved for operation in atmospheres containing hydrogen (H₂) and acetylene (C₂H₂), covering a wide range of applications in gas explosion protection.

Thanks to advanced three-phase AC drive technology (ASM technology), operators benefit from:

Zone 1

Category 3G / 3D – Zones 2 / 22

Forklift trucks of Category 3G/3D are intended for use in areas where explosive atmospheres occur infrequently and only for short periods.
Certification is carried out in accordance with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and the corresponding EN standards for Zones 2/22.

These trucks also feature the proven three-phase AC drive technology (ASM technology), offering:

  1. minimal maintenance effort
  2. high reliability and energy efficiency
  3. optimal driving and lifting performance
  4. configurable parameters for various operating conditions
